Experience a sled-o-morphosis! The beautifully made Grasshopper converts easily from a sled to a wagon and back. It ships with the sled skid and rope attached, ready to use as a pull sled for kids up to 5 years of age. In about 10 minutes, the skid and rope can easily be removed and the wheel assemblies attached -- and, voila!, it's a wagon!

The Grasshopper is perfect for one or two children, with an innovative design that turns heads everywhere you go. The seat of hand-carved willow has a comfortable, tilted back rest, and the side  rails make it easy to hold on. The deck is made of 5/8" thick birch planks, joined together in a durable tongue-and-groove joint. Your child is always facing forward, so they can fully enjoy the ride. And, kids love knowing they can get in and out of the Grasshopper on their own. A marine-grade finish (lead-free of course) protects the wood of the wagon, and all screws and bolts are of stainless steel for durability. The sled skid is made of durable HDPE plastic, the rugged steel wagon undercarriage is powder-coated, and the solid rubber tires need no maintenance. Comes with a rope for use as a pull sled, and a hand-carved willow handle for use as a wagon. A padded collar on the bottom of the handle prevents pinching. The Grasshopper wagon meets all ASTM, USC and CE child safety standards. Assembly is easy -- the sled skid attaches and detaches with 14 small screws.
