Mountain Boy Sledworks warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. This warranty does not cover the damage caused by extreme use, improper care, or the natural breakdown of material over time. If a Mountain Boy product is deemed defective, return it to Mountain Boy Sledworks, post-paid, and we will repair or replace it and ship it back free of charge
Mountain Boy Refund:
If you find that your sled does not meet your needs or expectations you may return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. It must be unusedand in it’s original packaging.
**Please Note: Customized sleds are non-refundable, however they are covered under the warranty.
Is shipping/return shipping refundable? No, due to the discounted shipping rates we provide at the time of purchase.

Do you offer repair services? Yes, please call 970-387-5077 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily provide a reasonable repair estimate. Pictures are very helpful and may be requested.
